Intense fruity, broad and enveloping, full of hints of cut grass, artichoke and green tomato accompanied by spicy pepper notes. On the palate powerful vegetal notes of leafy vegetables on which chicory and thistle stand out. Bitter and spicy harmonic.
Typical of the Apulia region, Coratina is known for the rich presence of polyphenols, very powerful antioxidants.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL OGLIAROLA
The Cultivar Ogliarola, as the Coratina, is the tree par excellence for Puglia, they coexist together and are an integral part of the landscape. Medium-fruity, elegant, with hints of almond and fresh grass. On the palate the vegetal notes are accompanied by a strong presence of almond.
Bitter and spicy are light, present and balanced.
