Typical of the Apulia region, Coratina is known for the rich presence of polyphenols, very powerful antioxidants.

Original sensations

The Cultivar Ogliarola, as the Coratina, is the tree par excellence for Puglia, they coexist together and are an integral part of the landscape. Medium-fruity, elegant, with hints of almond and fresh grass. On the palate the vegetal notes are accompanied by a strong presence of almond.
Bitter and spicy are light, present and balanced.

Brilliant colors and scented notes, the 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil is the Dellorusso style blend born from the union of the identifying growers of the Apulia region.
